DIY Livery - £35 per week.
These prices include:
- Area to hang winter turnout rugs.
- Large and ventilated stable.
- All year round turnout in own paddock.
- The use of the farm for hacking.
- Use of outdoor arena and full set of show jumps.
- Horse walker (at an extra charge).
- Heated tack and rug room with hot and cold running water.
- Feed room.
Empshill’s own Hay and Haylage is available to purchase, as are the organic shavings.
Julie makes herself available for private lessons for both horse and rider. She also takes in horses for all year round schooling.

An individual lesson with Julie: 45 mins - 1 Hour £35
An individual lesson at clients own home: 45 mins - 1Hour £35 plus travel expenses
Cross Country lesson at selected Cross Country course: 1 Hour £35 plus travel expenses
Group lesson (up to 4 people) at Empshill: 1 Hour £25 each
Julie to school or jump a horse: £40
Horse to be schooled at Empshill: £160-£180 per week
